Terms of Use
These terms apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If they conflict, the Apple EULA applies.
The app
Washbay helps a car wash run its desk: washes, bills, payments, credit, products, staff, attendance, salary, expenses and receipts. You may use it for your own business.
Washbay Pro
- Washbay Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, sold through the App Store. The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. It renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- The free plan includes 30 washes a month. Features in each plan may change; we'll describe changes in App Store release notes.
Your data and records
Your data belongs to you and is stored on your devices and, if you choose, in your private iCloud (see the Privacy Policy). Keep your own backups. Washbay's totals, salary, credit and day-close figures are tools to help you; check them against your own records. Washbay is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
Payments you take
Cash, card and UPI payments happen between you and your customer. UPI QR codes direct your customer's UPI app to pay the UPI ID you entered; make sure it is correct. Washbay does not handle money and is not responsible for payments between you and your customers.
Fair use
Don't use Washbay to break the law, or to collect or misuse people's personal details. You are responsible for the information you keep about your customers and staff.
No warranty
Washbay is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date.
